A reflective, expert‑led review of your creative project or practice designed to bring clarity, alignment, and a sustainable way forward.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about how to move your creative project or practice forward?
This Creative Audit offers a thoughtful, personalised review of where you are now, what may be holding you back, and what could help you move forward with more clarity and confidence without pressure to perform, produce, or “hustle”.
This audit is led by Magda Olchawska, a neurodiverse creative practitioner, storyteller, and creative thinker with over 20 years of experience across filmmaking, writing, education, and multidisciplinary art projects.
Magda holds an MA in Public Art & Performance, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and works in inclusive education and creative development within higher education. Her approach combines lived creative experience, reflective practice, and deep respect for the individual creative values.
WHAT THIS AUDIT IS (AND IS NOT)
This is a written, asynchronous creative audit, not a coaching call, mentoring relationship, or editing service.
It is designed to:
- Allow you to step back from your work with a clear, informed perspective.
- Identify patterns, misalignments, and unhelpful assumptions that could create conflict within your work practice.
- Offer grounded, realistic guidance that fits your circumstances, while helping you make progress at the same time without creative burnout.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE?
You will receive a tailored Creative Audit, based on the materials you share, with findings and reflections delivered as a clear, easy‑to‑read PDF.
The audit may include:
- Observations about your project or creative art practice as it currently stands.
- Identification of blocks, tensions, or misalignment.
- Reflections on scope, values, direction, and long-term sustainability of your creative art practice or project.
- Suggested next steps that feel achievable and appropriate for you at this point in time of your creative growth.
This is not a template or formula. Each audit is shaped around the individual, their work, and their context.
