Feeling burned out, overwhelmed, creatively stuck, or disconnected from your creative practice?
This review is designed for creative practitioners who want to build a more sustainable relationship with their creativity.
Drawing on more than twenty years of creative practice, filmmaking, teaching, educational development, and my own experience of recovering from creative burnout, I’ll help you identify practical ways to create with greater reflection, care, and sustainability.
I’m a neurodivergent creative practitioner, filmmaker, writer, and educational developer with over twenty years of experience across filmmaking, education, writing, and multidisciplinary arts practice.
Together we’ll explore:
- What’s working
- What’s draining your energy
- Where burnout may be showing up
- How your current creative habits support or undermine long-term sustainability
- Opportunities to build a creative practice that can thrive over the long term
What this review is:
This is a written, asynchronous review supported by two online conversations. It’s not an editing or coaching service, but a space for reflection and clarity.
It is designed to:
- Help you step back and see your work as a whole
- Bring attention to patterns, misalignments, and assumptions that may be creating tension in your creative practice
- Offer grounded, realistic guidance that supports steady progress, without pushing you towards creative burnout
This review is built on the belief that meaningful creative work should not come at the cost of burnout.
What does this review include?
You will receive a tailored Slow and Sustainable Creativity Review based on the materials you share.
Your reflections and findings will be delivered in a clear, easy-to-read PDF, alongside two online conversations.

- Reflections on scope, values, direction, and long-term sustainability
- Suggested next steps that feel realistic and appropriate for where you are now
- A follow-up conversation (an hour) to talk through the review together
There is no fixed template or formula, each review is shaped by individual, their work, and their context.
