Synopsis
We are growing seeds of change, hope and creativity. Plant super greens, with intentions to take them home with you. Let your imagination run freely. While planting the super greens, think about your intentions, why you want to plant seeds, and seeds of what: change, love, happiness, awareness, etc. Journal about those intentions by using the arts and crafts materials provided. Our every action matters, so make this session intentional and specific to you and your needs.
